Modernizing the television experience at Mayo Clinic for patients and their families.

Project Summary

Driven by an aging television infrastructure at Mayo Clinic hospitals, the objective was to replace all equipment and deliver a world-class media viewing experience for patients and their families staying in the hospital. The user research team conducted interviews and field observations to discover user insights and needs. This allowed the team to prioritize features for the multi-year roll-out.
